We also run a drop a dress size EVERY MONTH , it s very successful and ladies have seen a weight loss of between 7-14lbs depending on the weight you have to lose in the first place , all it is is going to classes and eating proper foods ( no starving or counting calories) Along with classes devinefitness does Personal training , we run a hugely popular 6 week transformation check out some pictures of some ladies on the gallery page.
